Master Zhou makes an annual trip to Tai Chi Studio in Poland to continue teaching the Wudang Internal Arts. The close partnership between Daoist Gate and Tai Chi Studio began in 2016 and has benefited hundreds of martial arts students across many schools in Poland.
This isn’t just a workshop; it’s a comprehensive journey into Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, the “soft” style born from the observation of nature. Led by Master Zhou Xuan Yun and the experienced team of Mariusz Sroczyński and Kamila Jagiełło, the program balances rigorous training with internal cultivation.
Key Training Pillars:
Taoist Wisdom: Transition into the evening with standing and sitting meditation and lectures on Taoist philosophy, connecting your physical practice to ancient intellectual traditions.
The Setting: Join us at the Rozłogi Center in Podlasie, our home for the last 16 years. Nestled in the heart of the Knyszyńska Forest (just 20km from Białystok), this secluded, fenced resort is reserved exclusively for our group.
Accommodations: Stay in charming, year-round wooden houses featuring comfortable rooms with private bathrooms.
The Environment: Between training sessions on our beautiful flat lawns or in our dedicated training tents, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, or relax by the evening bonfire.
Martial Mastery: Learn the elegant San Feng Wudang Sword, the powerful basics of Xing Yi Quan (Five Elements & 12 Animals), and the rhythmic Eight Immortals Staff.
Internal Health: Begin every morning with Five Animal Play Qigong, a series of health-boosting movements that mimic the spirit of nature.
The Long Form: Master the core of our style. Beginners will focus on Part I of the 108-movement form, while advanced practitioners refine their flow under expert guidance.
