Daoist Gate Golden Flower Center – Meet Master Zhou Xuan Yun and Master Cheng Zongyan
It is an immense honor for us that Master Zhou Xuan Yun and Master Cheng
Zongyan, Daoist priests of the Dragon Gate Lineage of the Complete Reality School
will come to our country in November. The unique series of events encompass a wide
range of Daoist teachings, Inner Alchemy, Wudang martial arts and Qigong,
authentically conveying these practices.
Meet Master Zhou Xuan Yun
Master Zhou Xuan Yun is a 24th-generation Daoist priest in the Quanzhen
Longmen lineage received traditional training in martial arts, divination, and rituals
and inner alchemy from the age of 13 in Wudang temples. He is a recognized direct
disciple of Abbot Li Guangfu, Head of the Taoist Community and Wudang Temples.
During Cloud’s wanderings, he studied in many Taoist temples in the sacred
mountains of China. He currently teaches and travels in the USA, building a cultural
bridge between East and West preserving traditional teachings to serve
people’s health and well-being. Founder of Daoist Gate School and Xuan Ju Center.
He has 30 years of experience in Wudang Neijia martial arts and inner alchemy.
Meet Master Cheng Zongyan
Master Cheng Zongyan is a 23rd-generation Daoist priest in Quanzhen Longmen.
Pai. A priest of the Longmen Cave Temple in Shaanxi Province, the number one
disciple and the only direct successor of Master Zhang Lihong, who is the most outstanding
expert in the Book of the High and Supreme Jade Emperor. He has studied canonical
and non-canonical Taoist texts in depth. He is an expert in the interpretation and
practice of Dao De Jing, Zhuangzi, Cantong Qi, Huangting Jing, and especially the
Golden Flower Secret Teachings. He has excellent knowledge in
psychology, management of emotions, gender equality, and mental health.

Complete Reality Dragon Gate School Daoist Teaching
Quanzhen Longmen Pai
Master Cheng Zongyan has exceptionally deep knowledge of the teachings.
interpretations and practices of Complete Reality School and the scriptures of
Daoism, the Dao De Jing, Zhuangzi, Cantong Qi, Secret of the Golden Flower, and the Book of the Supreme Jade Emperor. During his teaching, we receive clear explanations and can connect to the
transmission of the only unbroken, living authentic Taoist tradition. It is an infinite luck
and blessing that the knowledge of our teachers shows the Way and dispels
misunderstandings about Taoism.
Wudang is the Cradle of Martial Arts Presentation
Through Master Zhou Xuan Yun’s personal experiences and stories, you can connect with one of the most sacred mountains in China and the Wudang temple complex. You can get an authentic picture of Taoist religious practices, communities, tradition lines, and martial arts schools during the presentation. The Wudang Mountains are under the protection of Zhen Wu, the Perfect Warrior, who is the patron saint of Wudang.
Wudang Qigong and Meditation
On the first day of the workshop, we close the evening hours with Wudang Qigong
and meditation practice, where you can learn about physical and mental health and the
role of Qi and Qigong. Master Zhou Xuan Yun conveys the principles authentically learned in the temples and dispels misunderstandings.
Wudang San Feng Taiji 108 Step Form
Taiji 108 is a beautifully flowing form envisioned by its founder, Zhang San Feng. The workshop includes all movements from the form, with explanations, and you can also ask about the applications. The
Wudang style is typically practiced with deep stances and dynamic movements. The
combat applications differ in terms of speed only. The form reflects the natural
harmony between body and spirit, movement and breath, each time we learn new
depths.
Wudang San Feng Taiji Jian 64 Steps
The Wudang Mountains are famous for their swordsmen and beautiful sword shapes.
Zhang SanFeng’s Taiji Sword Form flows softly; during practice, the body becomes
one with the sword. Master Zhou is teaching swordsmanship in Hungary for the fourth time, learning the
64-step Jian form from him is quite an exceptional experience. His swordsmanship is
well-honed, with deep understanding and superior techniques, and he is skilled in
combat applications. This is the first form he recommends to practitioners
unfamiliar with the Sword.

The Taoist teaching is open; we welcome all those who are interested. Previous Taiji,
The workshop does not require Qigong or other martial arts experience, but it
can be an advantage. We reserve the right to change the program.
What should you bring with you?
- Comfortable, preferably loose clothing, shoes with thin soles
- Tools for taking notes
- Water and light food
- Sitting/meditation cushion for the talks, Qigong, and meditation if you wish to use
your own
About the School
Since 2012, the Golden Flower Daoist School has been an official adult training.
Center in the field of natural medicine, Taiji, and Qigong training. In 2019, with the
support of Master Zhou Xuan Yun, we established the Golden Flower Daoist
Association to support the teaching and practice of authentic Wudang healing and
martial arts, Taoist teachings, NeiGong, and inner alchemy. Our Headteacher, Anita,
studied Wudang Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi, Kungfu, Qigong, NeiDan, and Taoist teachings
as part of intensive training, including a Wudang pilgrimage.
We can only accept applications until our capacity is full. By attending these events,
you support our non-profit work for health protection, education and translation of the
classical texts. The distribution of Wudang arts and the construction of the first Daoist
temple in Hungary.
